1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and MetricPilot (“MetricPilot,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business whose Google Business Profile you connect.
2. The service
MetricPilot connects to an authorized Google Business Profile, retrieves review information, and uses automated and artificial-intelligence systems to produce periodic summaries, themes, recommendations, and suggested response drafts. Reports are informational business tools, not legal, financial, employment, or professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions and for reviewing any suggested response before publishing it.
3. Founding Offer
- The first 100 eligible business accounts to complete signup may receive the service for two months at no charge.
- The offer is limited to one account and one business location per business or owner and may not be transferred, combined, resold, or obtained through duplicate accounts.
- The two-month period begins on the account creation date and includes one report every 30 days, subject to successful Google connection and sufficient review data.
- No credit card is required. When the period ends, report generation will stop or the account will move to any free functionality then available unless you affirmatively select a paid plan. MetricPilot will not automatically charge you.
- Availability is determined from MetricPilot records. We may reject fraudulent, automated, duplicate, or abusive registrations.
4. Your account and Google connection
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You grant MetricPilot permission to access and process data from the Google Business Profile you authorize solely to operate and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect Google from the MetricPilot dashboard or revoke access through your Google account.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use MetricPilot unlawfully; access a profile you do not manage; interfere with the service; attempt to bypass usage limits; reverse engineer the service; upload malicious material; or use reports to harass, discriminate against, or unlawfully profile individuals.
6. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties including Google and AI, hosting, database, and email providers. Their availability and terms may affect MetricPilot. Google is not responsible for MetricPilot, and MetricPilot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
7. Ownership and feedback
You retain rights in information you provide. MetricPilot and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, and report design. You may use reports internally for your business. If you provide product feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.
8. Availability, changes, and termination
The MVP may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. You may stop using the service and disconnect Google at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for security concerns, policy violations, misuse, legal requirements, or discontinuation, and will provide notice when reasonably practical.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, report accuracy, particular business results, or that every review will be retrieved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetricPilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. MetricPilot’s aggregate liability relating to the free service will not exceed US $100. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email and will apply prospectively. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Questions may be sent to me@pedrohma.com.
